These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTCS”) apply to all reservations, product and/or service orders made on the website https://www.chateau-de-theoule.com/en/ (hereinafter the “Site”). They govern the contractual relationship between:
- CHATEAU DE THEOULE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €551,000.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 907 455 026, with its registered office at 22 rue de Téhéran, 75008 Paris, operating the Château de Théoule hotel (hereinafter the “Company”),
- and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the “Client”) making a reservation or purchase on the Site.
By confirming a reservation or order via the Site, the Client acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these GTCS.
1. PURPOSE
These GTCS define the terms and conditions of sale for all products and services offered on the Site, including services, vouchers, or items made available by the Company.
2. OFFERS AND AVAILABILITY
All offers shown on the Site are valid as long as they are visible, subject to stock or availability. In case of unavailability after a reservation or order is confirmed, the Company will inform the Client as soon as possible and will propose an alternative solution or a refund.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), at the applicable rate on the date of the order. Payment is made online through a secure payment system, according to the methods specified during the ordering process.
4. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
Specific cancellation or modification conditions are indicated at the time of order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, orders are firm and final.
5. HOTEL STAY CONDITIONS
Any damage or inappropriate behavior may result in additional charges or expulsion. The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Cleaning fees may be charged in case of non-compliance.
6. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the privacy policy available on the Site. The Client may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by emailing contact@chateau-theoule.com.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements on the Site (texts, visuals, logos, trademarks, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of the Company. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
8. APPLICABLE LAW – MEDIATION
These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the Client is invited to contact customer service. If no amicable solution is found, the Client may refer the matter to a consumer mediator in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code.
